That would have been an awesome Prince album if released. Totally had that dark, underground hardcore Funk feel to it.

I just bought the Black Album via eBay and mine has got a Promo Only stamp on it...does that mean anything?

however, if it's a promotional only release, then it is special. (which your's was not.)
