GB was so embarrasing, that when my friends asked if they should go see it?

I begged them to please don't go! Sorry Prince, I cost you $40 bucks in tix sales.

Blasphemy should never be confused with doing someone a favor.

It was for selfish reasnos. I'm sure I saved myself decades of ridicule.

Can I join in?

1. I think he did fall off after Wendy and Lisa, The Revolution was the best thing that happened 2 him!

2. Money changed him, instead of upgrading his wardrobe y instruments, he should had paid his peoples!

3. He should give back 2 his community

4. He should interact more with his fans instead of being so distant if u will!

5. Some of the 90's recordings were wack!

That is all

1. The best thing to happen to THEM was Prince

2. Out of 100's of employees, only a few have had issues regarding payment

3.He has always given back to his community. ake up. Marva Collins etc etc thats arely if ever reported or known.

4. He has..he invited you ingrates to his home several times and even took yall to the movies

5.Duh. And some are heralded as some of his greatest (TGE).

6. You posted on the wrong thread (why does this keep happening?)..you're looking for the "I hate Prince but Im Still Here" thread wink

To Sir, with Love

I can only recently allow Gpood Love to play all the way and listen to it fully. Maybe thats because I never listned but fractions I hated it so much so its new to me now. BTW, BLBC was on the other night. Oh how they were dancing to it awfully (yeah I know in movies music isnt even really playing simetimes and they are told to react and dance ha)

I have the important protegees works..barely got Carmen Elektra and I know I was/am not missing it save for only being a collectors completist item

Hell..the whole of Emancipation sounds dated. And disc 3? That's some faux eelctronica fad shit he attempted imo.

Carmen's isn't All That lol although a few gems on it, such as ST, Step To The Mic, Get on Up.

What you should definately get hold of:

Taja Sevelle - Love Is Contagious

Vanity 6 and Appolonia 6 - love these

Ingrid Chavez - May 19 1992

Mazarati - freaking amazing

to name a few...

proteges 2 me were done 1987

LOVE Vanity 6 & Apollonia 6 music especially V6

Love Mazarati

ADORE the Family

other proteges 2 get: the Time, What Times Is It?* I have I Cream Castles but like Apollonia 6 doesn't always 'fit' with the Prince album release doesn't feel 2gether

Glamorous Life & Sheila E specific songs from Romance 1600

the 1st 2 Madhouse albums work will with SOTT too

I agree the best protege releases were until 1987... with the exception of Ingrid Chavez's album, which I love. It's my favourite protege record together with The Family. Well, actually many of the demos were recorded in 1987, but it was released in 1991, with Prince's involvement reduced but still considerable.
