I don't like it
It's a cover, very old tune,
even Boney M did a version on their "Nightflight To Venus" LP IIRC.

I have never liked this whole tv performance, from was it 1999.
imo one of the worst.

One of my favourite performances! I could really feel the emotion it in, there's so much soul. Everytime I watch it, I get so into the video haha, the whole time I'll be bobbing my head or something. I love the guitar solo, and that part where Prince is doing that thing with his arms and everyone's chanting 'HEY, HEY, HEY', I love Prince's dancing in it | |

I love this performance. There have been times that I will play the "evil guitar" part over and over and over and......well, over. Sometimes, I'll play the whole performance several times over.

A performance I can keep listening to over and over and over again...truly amazing...even though he kept playing pretty man and baby knows so many times on tv that year, these are the best renditions and that opening guitar solo....wu-oww!! Funnily enough I played it this morning  | |

he played this at Paisley...I think it was in 99 but possibly before Rave came out. it was one of those moments where everyone is just standing there gobsmacked. it comes across as tho he really feels what he's singing. | |
