Way less funny than expected

That's funny, but continues to propagate that widely misheard lyric; it's "maybe you're just like my mother".

there are people that hear it as anything else? Bogey and Bacall, peanut butter and jelly, Wall being on fucking point, is "classic" dipshit. An iphone is top shelf technology. Get it straight. This thing is 4g. -Wall the great

could have been more complex though. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

Not as many as I thought, as it turns out. I remember reading something about that very (misheard) line in Black Beat magazine or something (woah, woah: I didn't buy it, I was just doing a little tachiyomi in a Montreal Multimags).
An example of the kind of stuff I've read over the years is on this very forum: http://prince.org/msg/7/363674). But a Google search on the relevant phrases shows that the accurate hearing edges out the fantasy-hearing (which does fit neatly into the "Prince is weird" mental model).
Not that "I'm just like my mother, she's never satisfied" is that weird, but for some it was. The good old days, in other words.

I like it. But I like the song AND flow charts, so I'm an easy audience.
