500 towels during the Rock in Rio 1992 Concert?

Does anybody know what this was about back in the day during the 1992 Rock in Rio Concert when it was writtnen in the magazines/newspaper that Prince told the staff that he needed amongest other things....500 Towels??? razz

Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews.

Wheli remember ... i saw this concert and let me tell u it was amazing. durig the sound check he got mad whith the sound engenier and walk the hole way from the stage to the mix controle board and mixed himself ...

This was before he had Tina Graham, expert towel artiste, on staff. She only needs one to work that magic.

It sounded like instead of getting out of the tub and drying off and draining the tub, he had had 500 towels dumped in his tub while he was still in it. lol
