They are definitely called something, but i cannot recall. Try lookin around more on the internet too to see if u could purchase a pair. There was someone here a couple months ago planning on dressing in all out Prince attire for his wedding && he provided a link to replica Prince shirts & the purple jacket. i want to say that the site may have contained the pants, but not too sure...

Just yesterday, I wore red pants similar to those in the movie.

-I walked around outside for a little while and I kid you not, some teenaged girls around 14 or 15yrs old came up to me to tell me that they loved my pants!

those pants would look great on a man but only if he has a small waist. Any kind of gut and it loses it's magic.

-My red pants are very wild and chic, I do have to learn to post pics in here soon.

Don't know about today, but back in the 80's you could buy all of that stuff at a mall store called Chess King. The line came out a few months after the movie. The shirts, pants, bolero jackets... I went to the store to check them out a few times, but never bought any. Nor did I see anyone walking around in them. But then again, I grew up in Georgia...
