"turn me loose" (studio version) was broadcast on some internet station, a while before the leno performance, iirc. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

Thanks (it was actually 5 months after Leno). I knew about this but what i don't know if it was authorized by Prince or unauthaurized (as claimed by the radio station itself back then, but some suggested it was just for the hype). So as long as I don't know for a fact that Prince allowed the broadcast I cannot include it. I've addressed this matter here: http://prince.org/msg/7/364052

Can u help me please about this one?:
Future Babys Mama (Radio Bootleg) Date : June 28, 2007 Taged : Babys Mama Time : 5:34 File name : fbmbootleg.mp3
No mention of it on Princevault.
I googled it and found this: "So apparently this song was leaked to an Atlanta radio station, and is streaming from Prince’s site as well."
So I don't get it. Was it just a bootleg from an audience recording broadcast on some site and the studio version was broadcast on 3121.com (in which case the bootleg mix was in no way an official thing), or did Prince decide just for fun to stream it on his site after it was put on the bootleg website (thus making it official), or what?

It was floating around the net (ripped off of the radio) Soon it was posted on his site as more of a joke? It's recorded from some radio station 102.5 and the caller request the dj to play princes Babys Mama. Im pretty sure it was the same as album version. As i recal this came out before the official album

Prince - Princefansunited.com audio streaming (11/08) It was streamed at Princefamsunited.com But was offerd to Princefansunited.com to stream on their page It was also on 3121.com at the same time More usless information http://prince.org/blog/20...test-site/
