Look carefully its in the middle '9' by the centre.

You can also interpret the lower part of the 'P' to look like one.

Funny. I always thought the blue vertical "lips" in the first '9' was a vagina. The Rude Boy button looked like it was suposed to be suggestive of a scrotum of a penis that was buried inside the vagina. That's what I always saw in that album cover.
