Of course Prince is the one who is releasing these through Andy Allo. He is giving her the songs and telling her what to write. He probably has one of his people upload them to her account. It is obvious.

It's unlikely, in the sense that i know the story behind the Cannes aftershow recording that was released alongside, and it's definitely NOT coming from Prince (of course P could have sent his own copy, but of all shows it's unlikely that the ONE show which had a soundboard circulating in private circles would be the one Prince choose to release). Also keep in mind that Montreux keep copies of every concert performed there, so it's most likely where the tapes come from.
