Was just thinking the other day how Prince configures his bands and how. Take for example the NPG, Michal B, Sonny T etc.. Does he just tell them one day that he doesn't need them anymore? Are they contracted for a certain amount of time or something. P seems to dispose of band member overnight with no remorse. Do they part on amicable terms or what? P doesn't seem like the sensitive type in "some" respects when It comes to people and fans... I like to believe he's harsh for the sake of his music!!

Believe me they are contracted for an alloted time. If they weren't, Prince would have even more legal issues to deal with.
