People are always talking about how Britney, Madonna or MJ had these evolving dance moves, but I never found their stuff to be THAT inspiring.

MJ did the moonwalk which was amazing for it's time, but for the most part his moves only changed a bit.

Madonna...well, she's Madonna, and Britney is really just a southern gal that made it big.

But Prince, I felt really evolved in his dance steps.

He started off during For You and his sophmore album a bit meh.

Evolved into more expressive moves during Dirty Mind and Controversy

Let the ladies know what time it was during 1999, PR, ATWIAD, PARADE and SOTT

Just Joyous on our asses during LoveSexy

Did some crazy choreographed shit during Batman

Got cocky and confident during D&P, Symbol and Gold

But then fizzled out during the new melinium

PR through SOTT was much more streamlined.

And in fact, avoiding this thread because of that was exactly what I was going to do. But then I saw Dan was the one that started this thread and I thought, "Oh, Dan is cool. This thread will be OK".
