A lot of Prince songs do have video's, even though they were never used. I Hate U was released as a single and díd have a video even though it was never released to MTV or any other station, only VH1 has had a snippet of it once.

Prince makes video's for a lot of his songs (see the Kevin Smith interview). Some of them are just onstage video's, some of them have a bigger budget. 18 & Over and Empty Room don't appear cheap.

Well, he could start by making proper videos for some of the singles that did get released.
