I found it on LP and considering it. Is it worth buying? Is it like the video version or something else?

It's a rehearsal recording with the Revolution, Sheila E and some of her bandmates. 10mins long or something... Funky stuff.

I'm on a record buying high right now though I'm kinda broke too. I think it's totally worth it then, and I meant the live concert video version with the green and blue lights, not the end of purple rain.

^Yeah, it's very similar to the live video rendition only it's a rehearsal, so there's no crowd noise and it's much longer too - goes in different directions.

What does broke mean, if you cant afford it, just leave it, someone here will surely send it to you, you will get a chance at some stage to get it again on vinyl, and Toejam is right, it is abit all over the place.

It's just $10 or something. I do work, I'm just tight, but I never keep fun and music out of my life for any of this garbage. Still at home and all, so it's easier right now. I stopped buying music for ages, and now I'm continuing to buy vinyls, I used to do that all the time with Jacksons material, but now I do it with that and others, and I keep most of my parents old collection with mine. If I do it reasonably, my collection will be really good (overall, not limited to one artist like before) that I won't have to keep doing this. I've officially stopped new CD's, for now and limiting it to my top 3 artists.
