I personally think it's a horrible movie. {Some of} The Time's scene's are funny, but Prince really did embarrass himself with this one. Today I was surfing around the 'net, & came across this list:

I imagine that there are a lot worser Black movies out there than Graffiti Bridge!

This film was bad, I just dont get it @ all, I get to the end, & I just sit there thinking about wtf? just happened? maybe I have an angst against this film, because it was supposed 2 be the PR sequal, but was more like some non-sense from another planet.

Well, don't hate me but I really enjoy watching Graffiti Bridge

I understand it the way I want (at least I understand it ), I like the soundtrack and Prince looks absolutely gorgeous, so everybody's entitled to their opinion, and this is mine

The only thing black about that movie was Mavis Staples church singing and Tevin Campbell picking up money in the street.

Yeah Michael Jackson was never convicted guilty as a child molester, still very strange why he was playing and sleeping with young boys.... was he a homosexual.... it was never young girls..

How could they leave out Three Chains o' Gold?

I have NOT seen Graffiti Bridge yet, even as many complain it as being his worst effort since "Under The Cherry Moon" Which I have not seen either. (This list is crazy though...I don't even see why movies have to be labeled "Black" Yet this list was totally all over the place..lol) All I know, is that people every where complain about these two, to the heights!!! I would really like to see them both. It seems like my kind of movie, I like weird, unpredictable, odd, inconsistent movies, I mean that is prince in a way. Graffiti Bridge is one of my favorite era's from Prince in terms of Fashion, and the LOVE theme. I am curious to see if the movie will change my opinion on the era as a whole. LOL. I just don't know where can I found it! I can not find it anywhere, not even on Amazon. I am going to look again, but wow..it seems hard to find these movies as with a lot Prince material online. I refuse to think it's that bad though. I have watched Purple Rain countless times, and while I can watch it..It's all over the place. lol. The songs aren't synched to the best capacities, and a lot things are just plain weird. BUT I love it, as well as SOTT and 3 Chains Of Gold. If I think so positive about these; GB might be the same. BUT maybe not, I don't know as with a lot things it depends on the delivery and my mood. I am not that hard of a critic to things when I know someone is just doing it as a side project. lol. He seemed to just throw a lot things together because he is Prince..lol
