I doubt it, Adele's three-year-old album "19" sold well to be in the Comprehensive Albums chart and it sold way more than "Lotus" that week, same with Lady Gaga's "The Fame", while both of them have top selling albums at the moment.

Billboard changed their chart rules at the beginning of 2010 so that older albums could chart on the BB200 and not just the Catalog chart. This was a response to the incredible outcry after MJ's death in the summer of '09; Michael's "Number Ones" was the top selling album in the country for 6 weeks (catalog or otherwise) yet was prohibited from charting at all on the Billboard 200. Older albums from the Beatles and Pearl Jam being re-issued were also a factor.

Excluding these titles made Billboard look bad and their charts irrelevant, so they changed the policy.

I have yet to see Lotus for 8 cents, if I did I'd probably buy a few back up copies anywho Targets in my area only have maybe 4 of the CD's on the shelf, then again how long have those CD's been in stock? Could be good or bad, but there selling for $7.99.

While Chinese Democracy year old album from Axl Rose (listed as a Guns N Roses album ) is selling at Best Buy for $1.99. So his Best Buy deal has went sour, while P's obviously still reaping benefits from his 3 year old album target deal. (No hate to Axl fans if there are any here just an example )
