1986-1988 was magical. 1988 was my shit!

But it got downright embarrassing during 1994-1996 and hit a complete low during the "Rave" era. I can't and won't forgive him for that metallic blue body suit. BLEH!

Favorite hairstyle, & style: My very favorite, 1999 era, early 80's. The look from the video for Automatic. I really love that. The hat, the gloves, the hair, etc.

Then there's the Rude Boy, Dirty Mind bedhead, & Controversy days, long lush hair from I Wanna Be Your Lover, beautiful hair in the Alphabet St. video, Lovesexy period. Those were great. I even like the 'fro from For You. I like his pimp suit, cane, derby hat, mack daddy look, a la Black Sweat style too. Don't judge me,

Dude always looks like a rock star. Only era I didn't dig was 95-96. Too frail looking and too much white makeup. Looked too feminine for me. I call those years his "Dark" years. He was clearly lost and it showed in his appearance.

I don't like SOTT much. Adore, If i Was Your Girlfriend are cool songs, but I never liked whole SOTT. I like his look from first decade of 90s, cause my fav albums are TGE, D&P and Love Symbol, but it isn't the only reason.

Faves: '90 -'94, especially from Diamonds & Pearls and the Act I and II tours. To me, it was Prince's best rock outfits. I don't trust people who didn't like the typhoon.

Least fave: I thought the Parade look was kinda mild. Not bad, just not very aesthically exciting.

Aww, I do, and hugs right back to you!

My favorite: 1985-1990...Particularly the Lovesexy era, I love the button detail. What I love about Parade is the cufflinks and fitted suits..anything else he did afterward or in the middle is just as great in terms of his fashion. It was a look only he could only pull off. Although in the mid 90's he looked very pale and too thin..

My Least: 1978-1981...When he first arrived on the scene...Haha.. These are ironically my girlfriend favorite era's..LOL.She likes the leggins, and the trench coat. I like the coat too, but it flowed better during the Parade era for me..The leggins? Need I say more? NO. haha

I think now Prince is finally starting to take more risks with his clothing. Musicology was too "suity" for me..I love suits, but it seems as if he was trying to play the role as a funky professor teaching his class with musicology...Haha. Now, He is wearing more lace and other odd mixtures, that flows perfectly for him. He seems the most comfortable with his clothes being loose, and not fitted anymore while he is on stage, and that makes sense; so he can move around with free course. His fashion sense is another one of the key elements that made him stand out of the rest. He seems to never wear the same thing twice. All of his clothes are made in his own little studio as well, most of them his design..That has always fascinated me about this cat. It's always interesting and fun to see what he has next. Haha

The look for his first 3 albums are not that great. Everything after that was cool. I like that fact that you wont see his look anywhere else. I have much props to people who can wear clothes like art.
