Current research has changed that theory. Do some reading of more recent studies on balding and genetics, and exactly how the 'it passes down from the mother' myth figures into things. Going bald is NOT passed down through the mother in the way that so many people seem to believe. Statistically, a man is much more likely to go bald if his father is bald (which isn't to say it's a guarantee that a man will go bald if his father is bald...but the possibility is much higher).

Look, I appreciate the great pictures, I really do, but PRINCE IS NOT BALDING - AT ALL !

What you are seeing is the sunlight reflecting off of his scalp where there is a part in the hair.

EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU would look like you had a bald spot if you had a picture taken of you with the sun glaring down on your scalp - especially if you had jet black hair!

You ever seen those young ladies who have their hair fixed/braides where there are like 4-5 parts in their hair pulled tight? MAN......... you can see some SERIOUS SCALP!!!!!!!!! Are these girls "balding"? No, of course not!!

This reminds me of a sound-check I went to...it's fascinating to watch because Prince pays meticulous attention to every detail.

I always prefer candid, natural looking shots over posed and glamorized pictures.

My husband is 46 and Prince looks tons younger than him..
He has stayed in great shape and he really takes care of his skin and body..

For having seen him just 30 cm in front of me at the past Paris' aftershow, he looks sooooooooooo gooooooooooood, soooooooo sexayyy woohoo; didn't even noticed wrinkles, those are marks of happiness!! I just wanted to give him a hug!! I couldn't dare, a devil on my shoulder was screaming go ahead, hug him, my heart was racing faaaaaaast, and the angel on the other shoulder was whispering "no, do not!!"
