WOW I think he looks good even though he's not performing. He's so cute I wish they'd make a plush out of him already!

I always enjoy looking at photos of Prince when he is not posing,but being himself.

It would've been nice to see a photo book of pictures llike this, him interacting with other

people and him just keeping it real. It's more interesting.We have seen time

and time again of him posing in pics over the years and it gets very old.

I think the title of this thread is unnecessary, but the pics are cool.

If that's balding, I know a lot of bros who would trade places with Prince.

You know, if Prince did a tour an album with this more classic "normal" image... he would win a TON of new fans and make a lot of $$$.

His theatrical, femme looks is what keeps a lot of people from getting into his shows and music, but he could still do the same things with no eye makeup and these kind of "conservative" clothes.

He's still dressed fancy!

They were made yesterday before the gig in Ghent by a professional photographer. Some students who live in a room that had this excellent view over the town square Prince performed on allowed him in.

Often times, people among Black Americans or Hispanics from various ethnic groups within, whose hair is freshly,

This is nothing new or unusual among those groups. After a couple of days, the parts in the hair disappear, and volume sets in, and the hair will look thicker. Also, when certain hair textures are in humid temperatures or the person sweats from some form of excess activity like exercise, dancing, jogging, etc., again the hair will swell and have more volume, even after the hair is freshly permed/straightened or hot curled.

As a matter of fact, Prince's hair looks very nice and neat in those pics. He seems to keep it nicely cut and trimmed.

Great pics, a professional musician making sure everything's right before a show. Wish we could hear and learn more about Prince the MUSICIAN and SONGWRITER. Sadly the Internet just encourages banal 'conversations' about nothing in particular, e.g. thinning hair.

Get over yourself. These are precisely the types of coversations Prince wants us to have. The last thing on Earth, Prince wants us to know more about is his methods as a songwriter or musician.

It's ok no need to be sorry, because I never said his hair wasn't thinning, I just basically stated that at times one's hair can appear thin, when freshly permed/hot-curled, etc. which was just another "possiblity" to his hair appearing thin. It's all good. Take care now.

Incorrect. Also, who cares if he's going bald? Short hair with volume is HARDER to see through and he's been straightening it his whole life, so that argument doesn't hold water. The guy is in his mid 50s and both his father and half-brother were bald as eagles. It's no surprise and no mystery. Hell, he's held onto it a lot longer than his genetics would have suggested. No need to make excuses for something that is natural and not bad in any way.

(Bolded part) Agree. I have male friends, Uncles and one male sibling, who started balding/hair thinning in their early 30s, so yeah, I agree that genetics has a lot to do with it, and often times it can happen to someone in their early 30s, 40s, 50s, etc. Also males/females who consistently chemically, process their hair for long periods of time, is another contributing factor, but all-in-all, his hair still looks good, and well kept.

That's true. He always avoids any real questions in interviews. He instead steers shit to crap like, "ask me about god."

Everytime Prince gets in the mood to do interviews with musician-based magazines, he is elusive and tries to steer the conversation to ill-formed and poorly-reasoned discussions about spiritual matters. That's like Stephen Hawking doing an interview with a science magazine and only talking about how awesome his church is.

Prince is about the controversy, no matter how lame. All press is good press.

I like the way Prince looks when he's not made up. He is VERY attractive (that may be an understatement lol). With makeup on he looks good but I like the natural, normal, everyday look that is displayed in these photos. The way Prince looks in these photos are breathtaking.
