That's not thinning hair, that's just what short hair with some volume and a part looks like. Plus he's straightening it.

Me too. I'm actually surprised he puts that much attention to detail soundchecking his guitars. I would have expected he relies on a guitar tech at this point.

Prince is really on fire these days!

No his hair is just a little thinner than before, and the haircut also doesn't help. He does straighten and colours his hair , which I think is not helping ...

"Natural" is such a good look on Prince. (I ws gonna say "human", but didn't). In these pictures of him where we see a middle aged man, quite fit and quite young looking stll, he's more sexy than in any picture his has used for press in recent years.

I like that he appears personable with the tech crew in that one picture with his hand on the guys back. Not a lot of rock stars would show that kind of warmth, and he's especially not known for it.

C'mon now. He's standing under direct sun after straightening his hair AND he's in his 50's. This isn't necessarily balding.

Completely agree!

These pictures are remarkable and interesting for reasons FAR beyond his hair.

He looks fantastic and it's great seeing him (and pics) like this.

He just looks great. Not a lot of men in their 50's still look so young and fit.

Co-sign. I´d be very happy if I looked like this when I´m 53. He looks like he´s still in his 30s, full hair and very fit and slim.

That thinning hair thing is nothing new, people mentioned it in 1994 first, and despite all those rumors and comments, he still has A LOT of hair for someone in his 50s.

The pics look great....very intimate and relaxed, humble and natural. Prince looks very down to earth and serious about his music in these pictures. In all these years, I´ve never seen him touch his guitars or any other equipment pre-show. He always let his technicians do those kind of things.

Nice to know that he still has moments like this.

i just think its weird to believe Prince is in his 50s. Hes always looked so immortally young, and i remember seeing videos of him when i was a kid in the 90s, and its hard to believe that guys gotten "old" now. I think the fact we see videos from the 80s on TV makes it harder because a camera shot never ages with you.

I saw these pics in the concert forum, & I think he looks quite good, very natural pics of him, and I love to see how much work he puts in before the show even begins. He's a very attractive man, & I doubt that will ever change. & I dont think he's balding, people said that same thing back in 2006, and he still has a head full of hair. However this does kill the lace wig rumors which were dumb as h*ll

These are first-class photos. I love to see the man at work.
