Nothing official. There are a ton of great videos out there that had nothing to do with Prince and his editing scissors.
In terms of high quality, two of my recent favorites would be 3121 - The Jams and Lotus TV - The Right Way. A large percentage of the performances on these two releases are taken from HD broadcasts and the menus and chaptering are spot on. Add to that professional looking artwork, amazing picture and sound quality and these two dvds piss over anything officially released.
Amazing what can be done when fans put there mind to it.

Lotus TV is fantastastic, not got 3121 - The Jams, can't find it either. PTV 1 and 2 is good as is the Emanciaption collection (can't remember the name of it).

Yes, there is the Lotus TV dvd, but the one I mentioned "Lotus TV - The Right Way" is the best, better quality, more content, great release.
There is "Emancipation Day" which is the Paisley show for the album launch thing, and there is a dvd of Emancipation era interviews too which is quite good...if you like that kind of thing.
