Okay, aside from the physical attributes (which are many!), the things that attracts me the most are:
Intelligence He seems like he is well educated, well read and thoughtful. Nothing worse than a pretty head with one pea rattling around inside it. This is a guy you could have a conversation with on a variety of topics. A definite turn-on. Passion Not just bed-sport kinda passion. I mean passion about his music. Passion about his beliefs. Passion for perfection. Music If I have to explain it to you, you wouldn't understand.:LOL: Self-Determination Strength of will. Discipline. Dedication to his art. True to himself and his creative direction. Bucking the trends (except for that period in the late 90's). When he released ATWIAD after the meteoric success of PR, he had me for life because I knew then that he wasn't all about the charts...he was about HIS music. You could come along if you liked, but if you didn't, oh well! He was going to do what he wanted to do, not what the business model dictated. Gemini There has always been a duality about him, manifested in his music, his career...everything he touches. This constant contradiction makes him into someone who is maddening for sure, but also all-encompassing. With Prince you get a little bit of everything all at the same time, all wrapped into one. Tender and cruel. Light and dark. Quiet and shy mixed with bold and brazen. Private and exposed. Secular and profane. Changeable. Mercurial. Complex. I love his creativity, voice, acting, etc. I am more about the creative part about him more then the looks. But the looks on him are an added bonus.  Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives.

I love Prince's ambition. The fact that he goes after what he wants musically, sexually, and in business really makes me admire him even though he isn't always successful.
I also love his intensity. He has that look in his eye like he can just focus on one thing an give that one thing all of him. His intensity come out very strongly in his music and I think that's why I love it so much. That fact that Prince is true to himself in his self expression is also another lovable trait. He isn't afraid to stand out and be critisized for being himself. | |
