I am writing a paper about Prince's lyrical change from sexuality 2 spirituality.

For that matter I really need some more phrases that he changes during his performances.

Just like the lyrics from sexuality which were changed 2 spirituality.

Or the "physical attraction" in I feel 4 U, which turned into a " spiritual attraction"

Any further points, that U can remember?

I would be very happy if U, who are the professionals, could help me.

In D.M.S.R. he changes "work that body like a whore" to "work that body like you want some more."

In I Feel For You the lyric change is "physical thing" to "spiritual thing".

And you must include the most famous of them all: 23 positions in a 1 nite stand to 23 scriptures in a 1 nite stand.

(Peach) "I was sure when her titties bounced" became "I was sure when her things bounced" - That one sickens me (not sure why, but I find it the most annoying).

(Purple Rain) "Let me guide you to the Purple Rain" became "Let the father of Jesus Christ guide you to the Purple Rain" (Rave Un2 The Year 2000, i believe) or "Open up the bible, and let love guide you to the Purple Rain"

(The Cross) became (The Christ) (Sometimes preceded by a lecture about the word "Stauros")

(Baby, I'm A Star) became (Baby, I'm A Star [In The True Sense Of The Word])

(DMSR) [Multiple changes; some already stated; some I can't remember] "Wear lingerie to a restaurant" became "Get busy in the middle of a restaurant" (Not sure how getting busy is more holy than wearing lingerie...) "Strip right down to your underwear" was removed, and replaced by something I can't remember...

(Sheryl Crow's "Everyday Is A Winding Road") "Why I feel so all alone" became "Why people feel so all alone"; "Coffee and nicotine" became "Compliments and herbal tea" (There were other changes I can't remember)

(Come On) "Young ass fools" became "Young old fools"

(Anna Stesia) "Save me, Jesus" became "Save me, Lord"

(Diamonds and Pearls) "If I could, I would give you the world" was removed, and not replaced by anything. (This one angers me quite a bit.)

(Days Of Wild) "Fuck" became "Funk"; "Hooker, Bitch, and Ho" became "Hooker, Thang, and Ho"

(I Feel For You) "It's mainly a physical thing" became "It's mainly a spiritual thing"

(Gett Off) "23 positions in a one night stand" became "23 scriptures in a one night stand" (The funniest, yet saddest one ever - from "Rave Un2 The Year 2000") [Other lyric changes also occured, butchering the song horribly, but I can't recall the exact changes]

-- So many lyrics changes, and yet he can still call people "[N-word]s" (2045: Radical Man) That's odd...

Really? Why change Purple Rain? The song's not innopropriate and the lyrics are beautiful.
