Has anyone else heard this? I downloaded it last week, and I must say, it's pretty good! Whoever did this stayed true to the original versions. I'd love to know your thoughts!

Yeah - I was hoping the OP would tell us a little more than it's pretty good, like what's so special about it? I'm too lazy to listen for myself to form my own opinion...

I don't like fan made mixes of Prince things, 99% of them are utter shite (imo).

Still, each to their own, they might be great .

Ok...they took the original tracks, looped certain parts, extended them and such. Not all of it is good, mind U. They did a medley of "I'm Yours"/"Bambi"/Why U Wanna Treat Me So Bad?" that is a bit choppy. I couldn't do any better, so I appreciate the effort! Actually, I could...if I had the time and right equipment and programs. It's obviously a labor of love and I appreciate that.

What bored fans do to fight their boredom can't grab the slightest bit of my interest.

The only case I was floored and astounded at a fan remix project was with The Dawn, which is a masterpiece and a true delight to listen to.

The rest, I can do without. HAPPILY!!

Is the Housquake Razormaid remix fan made? This is one of my fave remixes ever.

^Nope, it was commisioned.

Razormaid are professional remixers.

Prince didn't like their extraordinary remix and gave us his own 7 min MoQuake turd.

I dug the MoQuake mix on the strength that it extended the record, but I was floored when I discovered the Razormaid mix years later. What a kick ass version.

For me, however, nothing can beat the album version. Sheer perfection.

Contrarly 2 popular belief, the Razormaid mix was released, though. Prince didn't want it for his maxi but he allowed Razormaid to release it on one of their compilations.
