Schoolyard

Schoolyard was cool, if he had of released it. We would have got that classic lynn drum sound one last time.

Does "Schoolyard" use that drum machine? I didn't think it did. I'll have to take a listen. I thought it was the same pallete as something like "Horny Pony"

I like "Glam slam '91" better to my ears than "Glam Slam" or "Gett Off" in the long run. It's retro 1930's vibe is crazy cool and ORIGINAL. I can see an animated video for it in the style of an old black and white Popeye cartoon with bendy legs and crazy fluid motion.

It uses it, chck it out. It's not really in the same family as Horny Pony really.

I love the vocals and lyrics on Schoolyard but the beat seems a bit aimless and undefined, it sounds demoish and doesn't really have a recognisable hook so I can see why it was left off. Its pretty racy too andI love it!

I personnally wish he would release EVERYTHING (even the songs I don't particularly like).

True ... Then we could pick and choose what we liked and to put on heavy rotation ...

Peace ... & Stay Funky ...
