It is a throwaway but its so damn infectious and campy. The whole punk funk vibe was really flowing on that track. I dig it more than "Jack U Off".

Eh. Ronnie Talk 2 Russia is aight but I wouldn't go that far. Jack U Off is obviously more of a highlight. In fact, Ronnie is actually THE FILLER on the album.

Don't get me wrong, Jack U Off is a good song. The album on a whole sounds very 1981. It was a fabulous foreshadowing of some of the sounds to 1999. My favorite period of Prince was from 1979-1982, so I dig it all.

Ronnie Talk 2 Russia is the only bad sond on Controversy...

This album would have been better without this awful song.

I believe Prince only included the "Ronald Reagan song", because of the "controversy" in the lyrics. This was fitting well the theme of the album...
