I can`t get over the part on Purple Rain on the scene whenever Wendy approuched the Kid about listening to the tape. He started responding in a smart alec way by using his little monkey head thingy toy and talking without moving his lips. So I always wondered.. Can he really do that?

I didn't say it was a dumb topic. I'm just amazed that there are adults that don't know how movies are made.

And before other similar threads are started, no, Clarence Williams III did not have to actually shoot himself in the gourd, there are no palm trees in Minnesota and motorcycle tires cannot magically change from street tread to dirt tread.

It's not that I don't "know how movies are made." There are alot of people that didn't know. Just because we're adults, doesn't mean we know everything.
