I love Soft And Wet! The live version of that is sick! Also don't get me start on "I Wanna Be Your Lover" I remember when I bought "The Very Best Of" I immediately started jamming/rocking to the song. My mom actually had own the "Prince" album. So that was a cool little history to hear from her.

I first watch the movie Purple Rain, and I love the song When Doves Cry. I like him but I was more of a causal listener then cause that was the only thing I knew him by. I actually officially became a fan this year after I bought "The Very Best Of Prince" and I been hook every since, and I try to buy all the albums.

His Mother was a Jehovah's Witness when she passed..

I think the lyrics 'this one eye can take over 2 my mama's house and eye don't have to worry what goes in and outta mouth' was a reference to the matter.

Seriously!! Well "Diamonds and Pearls" of course!! But like Prince, I was into my religion really deep in the 80's/90's and I did not listen to "worldly" music, so I missed a lot of this. I have recently been gifted a lot of his old music and have not had the chance to listen to it all.

I think the comment was meant to be funny, not taken seriously!! You are reading so much into that little statement. Thats just referencing a song he wrote years ago. He is teasing the audience with playing Darling Nikki. LOL I hope he aint in rehab, I'm ready for a new album! IDC if he is a JW or not, he still has it! He still works it out in the studio and on stage. And is still super sexy!! He cant change that ever...
