Work It 2.0 has 2 versions of IILU2N (1987 version), both are actually the same recording but at 2 different speeds. I previously had the sped-up one only, but I'm in doubt: are both genuine, if not which one is the real one and if yes is the sped-up version the one that was sent to (and released on the rare promo maxi by) Mica Paris???

Princevault only mentions one version so it would mean that one of them is a fake, but of course Princevault gives no length. On the other hand Scififilmnerd lists both versions as being genuine and implies that Prince recorded the slow one and speeded it up before sending it to Mica Paris.

So what's the real deal???

Maybe they didn't mention the second 1987 as it is a slightly longer mix of the other and not a new recording.

Actually I've already notified them a few mistakes or things they forgot in the past and they admitted the mistakes and corrected them, they're very nice folks and much dedicated, but who wouldn't make mistake with such an insane amount of data to handle? ^^

They are two different versions.
