I didn't write that quote to say that I AGREE with TMZ, shees. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to events and been called by the first name of the "other black girl" they expected to show up at this event. I hate being told that I "look like someone's other black friend" just to see them and think "wow, if it weren't for the fact that our height, color, weight, hair and shape are totally different I'd agree"...

TMZ wasn't trying to imply that Janet and Prince look alike because of their blackness (and seeing as Janet's skin color is brown while Prince's is nearly beige, even that wouldn't make sense). They were implying that they had similar hairstyles. So ummm......yeah.

Either way TMZ is full of bullshit. I can see why they said that though but Prince is far from the only one who has his hair style like that. I do like it on him (and Janet).

Totally agree with that Freaker, she probably copied Prince because she wanted to have some kind of twisted Beyonce/Rihanna is the "same" as MJ/Prince. Err, well the only difference is one set of those are comprised of real musical geniuses while the other set is a lame Vegas showgirl/autotuned or yoddling stripper routine....I'm not naming names on this, but you decide who's lame and who's not for yourself!
