"Soulpsychodelicide" (George Clinton version): can't hear "Oliver's House", etc.

According to PrinceVault:

Contains musical snippets from Graffiti Bridge, The Question Of U, Elephants & Flowers, We Can Funk, The Big Pump, Cloreen Baconskin and Oliver's House

I can hear the following songs:

  • 0:16 Cloreen Baconskin
  • 5:28 Can't Stop This Feeling I Got
  • 5:34 The Big Pump
  • 8:15 Elephants & Flowers
  • 10:17 Graffiti Bridge

but not:

  • The Question Of U
  • We Can Funk
  • Oliver's House

I've also seen Tricky mentioned somewhere.

Any help?

At 4:25, 5:00, 5:30, etc. there's an excerpt/sample from "Your Love Is So Hard". Maybe even before.

At 7:00, there's an excerpt from "We Can Funk" ("We be funkin' over here, and over there ain't shit").

There are some lyrics at 8:50 that I can't decipher. It sounds like something from another song. Maybe "The Question Of U".

Still can't hear "Oliver's House", and "Tricky", though.

Hmmm, never heard quite a few these to be honest, but this is news to me, I think it is 'QofU', the "what should I do?" part.

I've never heard Oliver's House either, but now I know it's meant to be there I will give it a proper listen.

Now that I think of it, it's possible that somebody confused "Cloreen Baconskin" with "Tricky".

The intro is Cloreen yeah. I think the thought that it was Tricky probably predates Cloreen Baconskin being on Crystal Ball, so it wasn't really known of (at least it wasn't circulating, dunno if it was circulating amongst private collectors).
