He's toyed with it in concert...I read he played Bob's "Waiting In Vain" at the Troubadour show in LA May 11.

Also...didnt Rosie sing a Bob song on the Diamonds and Pearls tour?

blunt music She has robes and she has monkeys, lazy diamond studded flunkies.... music blunt

i am sure mj's attempts at regaee and blues and jazz were all better than prince's. Oh wait, i forgot, only prince had the guts to actually try them and go out of his comfort zone.

mj is not fool hardy enough to try and record a reggae song when this is not his bread and butter. prince is so cheap that he would't even consider hiring a band that has experience in doing this kind of music properly. his attempt at recording blues, jazz, and reggae is a joke.

Not really, what's wrong with "Blue Light" or "The Sun, Moon and Stars?" He did pretty good with those two tracks.

not really. Zanelle and the ride are pretty good. And its better than not trying at all and just sticking to your comfort zone.

Blue Light is one of my favorites songs. I have it on a Slow Songs CD I compiled of only Prince!
