Prince To Be On One Of Oprah's Final Shows? I follow Oprah's Executive Producer, Sheri Salata, on Twitter and on February 24 someone asked her if Prince had ever been on the Oprah show. Her reply was,
"yep...Prince has been on...working on something special with him for May" This morning I read that they are soon taping a 2 day event at the United Center in Chicago featuring "some of the biggest names in entertainment." Anyone think Prince might be there? They tape it May 17 to be aired May 23 and 24 (the 3rd and 2nd to last episodes). Does he have a concert planned for that day in LA? | |

I would definately watch that episode of Oprah if P appeared again. If anything, he should be on the final show with some ChicagoNPG Famz and a few celebrities that we all know and love Prince too. Oprah cannot sign off w/out P being on at LEAST the final show ...

That sounds to me like she might have a montage of past famous guests all wishing her well in her next venture type of thing.
Honestly, I can't imagine Prince having a big sit down with Oprah again because they'd have to reference the last show. | |

I agree not a sit down interview but a performance for sure!!!
Lets hope it happens...great time to announce a major summer tour! The greatest live performer of our times was is and always will be Prince.

The LA shows are supposedly all going to be Thursday-Saturday so he's free on the 17th for it. When  go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all  up in the house but when log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming! | |

They both have a lot in common there two mega million moguls, who have there own studio complexes & brands. But
Prince doesn't seem 2 like 2 share the spotlight on talk shows with other guest, that he doesn't hand pick himself. lol will ALWAYS think of  like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. |
