Just heard the somewhat remastered version from "Charade" for the first time. Like "Can I Play With U", I didn't really appreciate these songs until I heard them unedited.

One thing I'd like to say; THE ORGAN I'm so glad to hear the singing and instrumentation in a clear quality, but damn, that organ was the cherry and the cake

I always felt heaven has the basics to form a massive hit. I would love it to have ben the lead single on Around the World In A Day.

Don't know about that. The song a bit complex for mainstream tastes, then again who knows, Dr.Fink thought Prince lost his marbles when he didn't include bass in "When Doves Cry".

All I know is, its a shame that not many people will hear this song outside of his fanbase. It needs to be heard.

"Heaven" is absolutely DOPe!!!! But I don't see that one as a hit at all. I would love to hear a clearer version of it though...and the full song too!

Nope, just the instrumental section from the middle pasted onto the front to act as an intro. Note the effect as he begins to sing.

Charade (including Heaven) is not "remastered." It is made up of reworked tracks from various recordings, which Evolsidog state themselves on the cd artwork.

I think a few people got excited when this version came out and hooked the "remastered" tag onto it.

^To be honest, I was never too shocked about that 'new' version.

Nothing on it sounded better than what was already out.

Just got re-aquainted with this track. Love it. Linn drums kick ass! Reminds me of "America".

That's what I always thought, it seems like a mantra, but still just a groove stage ... not fully there with structure.

I don't know about "Charade", but the song itself is in a much better condition than the previous outtake, hence the semi remastered comment. Just an observation
