I just recently got into this song. Personally, I would've picked it to be on 1999, perhaps in place of "Something In The Water".

FON-KAY!!! LOVE it. in my top 10 songs ever by him and top 3 besides. only heard/have the "official" b-side so I can't compare. I'm afraid the others can't improve upon what was released.

I first listened to the Syracuse live version (in a medley with Possesed) and when I listened to the released b-side I was very disappointed.

After the live version, give me the old outtake; especially if sequenced with Feel U Up.

Irresistible Bitch was the b-side to Let's Pretend We're Married, IIRC.

Hell yeah I was trippin to this song, actually both!!

I remember flippin' the 12 inch vinyl to discover this funky track.. wow.

It was in the fall of 1983/ beginning of 1984, again IIRC.

(those were the very funky days.........!)

Classic B-side cut with a funky bassline. Oh and Prince on the drum? Funky! I like the 1981 (prototype) version.
