I watched the first 2 this morning on my DVR while getting ready for work but didn't see Shelby and Sheila until now. That was hot, they rocked that D Train. I like the Sign 'O' the Times flashback too..

I couldn't watch it on my phone, so just watched it again at work, and it sounds better than it did on tv. I was trying to remember which group sang that song that Shelby J covered. I remember hearing that song 24/7 on the radio back in the day. Shelby J looked great, and her makeup was fixed very nicely. I liked that she got some tv spotlight time. Prince was the "hype man" during that performance, which was cool. Usually it's Shelby J being the "hype person" and she does a good job of hyping up the arena audience as well.

no, "hollywood" (as in the industry) has money of course, but los angeles and the part of town called "hollywood" is by and large just a normal city, all kinds of economic stress just like every other city.

This is Not part of the Welcome 2 America Tour Per Say. Ticketmaster had residual right to W2A, now that Live Nation is Sponsoring his show they have the average priced tickets he recommended. Ticketmaster charged double the amount of each ticket and kept half the price and processing fees per ticket. Just Like Warner Bro's had the Residual Rights to his name Prince so he changed his name. Ticketmaster has rights to W2A, so HE CHANGED THE NAME OF THIS NEW CONCERT SHOW'S TO 21 NIGHTS. He Strongly believes people pay money to see him perform, NOT to Support Ticketmaster. He will be paying Live Nation the lowered cost fee of advertising and processing fees out of his own pocket, the fans should not be subject or expected to pay anymore than HIS Recommended Fee. His joy and purpose in life for him is to entertain, therefore NO ONE should additionally profit outrageous fees as a result (internet). Hence...You Tube and Itunes endless remixes and Covers that other people profit off his name, song, talent. EVEN IF the main source of money for musicians today are concert tours since people buy songs today NOT albums or CD's. So money is not the main purpose of why he continues to perform. Just another reason he is Never one of the highest yearly musician income earners like Madonna, U2, Eminem, Jay Z etc... which charge a lot of money for their concert tickets. He is a dear friend of mine, and we talk regularly. Love your sight! Best Regards

Live Nation IS Ticketmaster and vice versa.

They merged last year and became one mega ticket-selling company.

You hear the name Live Nation when they promotes concerts and hear Ticketmaster when they sell tickets.

All set for 4/23..doing it over the phone works much better..thanx for the heads-up! Ticket prices were adjusted a little, now some Lodge seats cost $55, which I was able to obtain.

Just got the tix for the 23rd yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

I'm flying in from Sydney Australia to catch the show on the 22nd - snared some VIP tix and after reading about last night's show - I'm so looking forward to it.
