That's why you...and everyone else SHOULD give Prince a lot of credit. He knows what he's doing. He wants to give the public an opportunity to see him for $25, which is basically a gift to music fans. He can't stop the ticket brokers from converging, strategizing, and consipiring to scalp tickets, but that's where the value of 21 dates comes in. ANYBODY that pays ticket broker prices for this tour is an absolute idiot. Prince doesn't want you to pay those prices, so why should you? If you're unable to get tickets for April 14, 21, or 22, patiently wait for the next set of shows to go on sale....but DO NOT pay more than what Prince is listing the prices at. He's trying to do the public a favor, but the public has to cooperate in order for all of us to experience what he wants: A chance to once again see the greatest musical performer of our time for the most reasonable price offered in decades. Be patient my friends and enjoy as many shows as possible on this 21 night extravaganza.

does anyone know how much the vip tix will be going for? on ticket master they have three package for vip but no pricing..... these are the days i do miss the NPG website.... the pre show sound check funk and buying good tix directly from the source

I was able to buy tickets using the Ticketmaster pay by phone automated line. It's 800-745-3000. Didn't have any luck online, it says the wait is approximately 15 minutes and I gave up after waiting for more than 15 minutes.

N. Charleston, SC... INCREDIBLE SHOW!!! If any Prince fan misses this tour when it comes close to them will miss what Prince calls a "miracle"... lol

It took me an hour, but I got two loge seats on next Thursdays show for 50 bucks . If you got a Citibank card, it will get you better seats hopefully.

Hoping and waiting for a another venue with GA tickets to a traditional stage set-up. Fingers crossed.

I would have to disagree. With a stage so elaborate, light show, movement, and everything being spread out, different vantage points are just as good, maybe even better.

I think they are holding back tickets because if you have a Citicard there are tickets available.

I did think that all shows being at the Forum would have been be a big ask.

At that price it does seem possible. LA is a big city and it's quite accessible from a lot of other populous regions. LA is also touristly just like London. So I expect that a lot of tourists will buy the $25 seats to hear him drag out the old hits, hotels will buy blocks of tickets for guests, and entire business conferences and trade shows will do nights out.

How big is his fanbase in that part of the US??

Shaun Robinson, of Access Hollywood, just spoke of Prince lunching at the Polo Club yesterday afternoon, and informing her of his string of shows for the LA area, with of course tickets going on sale today.

I just got $25 tickets for April 14 in Loge 24 row S! That's not bad at all - two sections away from the $500 "Purple Circle." It took my friend a while to get through so I kept looking around, and there are several sets available. So go for it if you wanna get in!
