Great show/great boot.

Question: the song "Wasn't My Faith" - is that a Prince original or a cover?

the music knows what your motives are when you are making it

listen to The Replacements - its good for the soul

The title is tentative but Per Nilsen has called the track 'What Did I Do?' and that's the one that's been finally accepted, except for old boots where you can find those 'Wasn't my faith' or 'Was it my face' titles.

Plain to see you got an old source. Shift to 4DaFunk's: it's the best one.

Opps, I forgot: it seems to be a Prince original. But it has only been played on this occasion. It might've been created on the spot, a-la 'People Without'.

There is a trio of great club shows from this time.

The already mentioned Le New Morning '87 from 4DaFunk, and also from 4DF, the brilliant Fine Line Cafe. Additionally, there is the excellent This Is A Rehearsal from Free Boot Generation.

All three, excellent club shows from the SOTT era, Fine Line being an almost 100% instrumental set, and This Is A Rehearsal is of course the legendary SOTT rehearsal from First Avenue.

Go get all three, absorb, and educate yourself.

Aren't you forgetting Rupert's, U4 and Quasimodo (even if the latter is heavily incomplete and sounds like shit)? wink

It's incomplete and with bad quality. Much like the U4 gig before the 'Masquerade' source came out.
