Songs that have humanitarian message...

What are his antiwar / philanthropic songs?

The only songs I know are Planet Earth and Dear Mr.Man...

Even songs that just make you think about these issues...Money Don't Matter 2nite, Sign O the Times?? What else?

+ Except the songs in which he only talks about Racial issues...

The only songs you know? There are other anti-war songs on the albums that those songs come from, lol.

Ugh it would've been easier if you just gave me song titles...there are too many Prince songs that I still haven't listen to and that's why I ASKED....

You better tone down them caps, lil lady.

Peace

Resolution

Lion of Judah

Planet Earth

Dear Mr. Man

The War

Partyup

Mountains

New Power Generation

Dance On

1999

DMSR (sort of - Refers to not packing guns and such, but isn't literally about anti-war)

Sexuality

Ronnie Talk To Russia

Annie Christian (totally about war in the sense it depicts civil unrest)

Live 4 Love

In a sense, a lot of his religious/spiritual songs reference being anti-aggression and anti-war without the songs having an overarching anti-war theme. Songs like "Still Would Stand All Time", "Graffiti Bridge", "Lovesexy", etc all have spiritual settings but discuss being not war-like. lol.

Colonised Mind.

Last December

Don't talk to strangers

Third eye

Sweet baby

Get on the boat

The truth

Compassion

New World

Perhaps not all clearly directed to collective humanity as a whole, but compassionate songs that raise awareness of self growth nonetheless.

Prince is perhaps one of the few artists left willing to sing and talk Peace and

Justice.

Darling Nikki.

She clearly has no place to go, taking care of bizness in the lobby of a hotel. Prince takes her in and shelters her for the night. Possibly more if he called the number left behind. She must have had one of the early cell phones in a bag. Probably should have been wiser with her finances.

Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.
