Lengthy Jams on 1999? who else loves these songs? I've been addicted to these lately.
Out of Lets Pretend We're Married, D.M.S.R, Automatic, and Lady Cab Driver, in what order would you rank them?
Me personally:
1. Lady Cab Driver- so creative, lyrically and the drumming is excellent 2. D.M.S.R- A close second, just love it "Wear lingerie to a restaurant. Policeman got no gun, you don't have to run ..." 4. Automatic- like it, not quite as much as the other three though

I like them all but if I had to I would rank those just about in the opposite order definitely with Automatic on top.

I need a recount on those DMSR lyrics. I've always taken issue with whenever someone says it is "Policeman got no gun" which makes no sense. It makes more sense to say "But 'least we got no gun" and that's what it sounds like to my ears.
Kinda reminds me of the Emancipation lyric book. For the lyrics to Jam of the Year, it says, "when the groove rubberbaby's hot" instead of "with a groove from a baby's heart".
As far as the songs -
LPWM, LCD, Automatic, DMSR. Hard to choose cuz really I love them all equally.

I'd go with 1, DMSR 2, Let's Pretend We're Married
I'm not even going to bother rating the other two as I don't like them and they don't deserve to be on a list with such classics. RIP
