Does anyone have any info on the Second Coming acapella? Im assuming it is from the 1982 era. I hear cheers and screams as it may be a live performance, but all the harmonies are Prince's vocals but he is adlibbing live. I was wondering how he did that. There is no beat but the background harmonies are STILL in sync with his "live" singing. Did anyone hear it? Hope you guys can understand what Im talkin about..

I believe he played that at the start of the Controversy tour shows. I have it on vinyl, Houston December 9, 1981 show. I like it, it's pretty cool.

I am an artist myself and his harmonies are AMAZING.

How he did that? Very simple: he played the tape thru PA and ad libbed over it.
