Prince and other Artist

I think Prince should Collaborate with the following people.

1.Jimmy Page.

2.Brian Eno.

3.Trent Reznor.

4.David Bowie.

5.Jesse Johnson.

6.Jack White.

7.Alain Jourgensen.

These are just a few folk that would probably bring something out of Prince we wouldn't expect.

Jack White, Definately! It would bring Prince back down to earth and maybe have him notice what the people that buy music are actually listening to. Or if he knows, how to put together those notes and make it.

I like hearing the dark Prince and i think this would be a good start excluding Jesse.

i dont know why would prince coilloborate with jimmy page. Page is a great guitarist, heck he plays even better than prince, but p is a great guitarist in his own right and doesnt need anyone else to play solos for him, since he can play them so well

I'd rather have P colloborate with Santana who has that unique latin sound. Heck both P and Carlos could play on the same song, wouldnt that be amazing?

Prince and Bowie would certainly be very interesting

I know Page is a more polished guitarist than Prince,He could pull something out of him that we haven't heard even the greats need a challenge right? I think Jesse could out play Prince?

maybe, i'd still want the santana colloboration more because i feel carlos is more of an influence on prince and he sounds so different from anyone else

Maybe jesse could outplay prince. I mean jesse is a great guitarist from the songs i have heard him play on but admittedly i havent heard too much from him

To me the point would be not have a direct influence they sound to much alike. Prince did take from both but i feel Page is more of a student of music than Santana.

as long as he colloborates with a great artist, it will probably inspire more than he has been inspired in recent years.

I always wonder how a Prince/Trent Reznor collab would have sounded.... Prince apparently wanted Trent to remix something of his circa '94, which was around the time of NIN's "Downward Spiral" and Prince's "Come" - two albums that I absolutely love.

I love that song and I don't think it sounds like NIN.
