i came across this on Youtube the other day (may be old news to some) and starting thinking if this is what Prince was talking about when he said the internet is dead.

i hate when ppl put in their own soundtrack, as you will hear. it take away from the seriousness of what is being said and may fall on def ears if their is any truth to this. Interesting thing, when I saw this the other day -- it had no soundtrack, no cute ufo's flying aound etc., but this guy seems convicted to what he sharing.

My interpretation of the whole Prince, dead internet thing was that he meant that as a means of music distribution, the internet is dead (to him).

As for that YT clip, I have no idea, his voice annoyed the shit out of me after 30 seconds.

I find it amusing how people have read so much into Prince's comment on this, and are still droning on about it.
