Prince & Tony M still friends? I noticed on Duane's obituaries page that there was a couple of posts from a certain ''Tony Mosley''
from minnesota which i presume is Tony m, which just made me curious as to wether Prince and him were still on friendly terms as i did hear there was some controversy after Tony's departure
Please share your thoughts he might have better luck if he was drummin with his Dick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Last I had heard Tony and Levi were sueing Prince for song rights....
but that was a while back...
I had also heard that Prince had a restraining order against Duane... Not sure if its true.. cause
CJ was the source...
I really liked Tony. I think he, Damin & Kirk were a fun part of the NPG... |

Does Prince really have any REAL friends?
Is he capable of being a real friend?
It seems like people around are either fair weather friends,
acquaintances or he just gets board with them and moves on. |

Depends on the friendship, just like anyone else I suppose. I've talked with Damon Dickson several times and he's stayed friendly with Prince throughout the years. I met Damon when he was part of the Celebrations out at Paisley, and has been at several shows since then. Obviously he's not in the band, but that doesn't mean they don't stay in touch. Can rock starlegends like Prince actually have "real" friends? Lets face it - there is no one else on earth like him. Other people will also look at him that way. Miles Davis said the only friends he had were the musicians who happened to be in his band at any particular time - and of course that lineup change frequently throught his career. I suspect Prince is similar. |

Right -I met him at Xenophobia as well. He was out in the parking lot working security and hyping the crowd like some flunky. I thought to myself "at least Prince lets me stick around". It is not like he was a great musicial contributor and that little hip hop phase for the Game Boyz had run its course. |

That's just mean spirited. Most people I know would be lucky to have any job, even at BK. "Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion" -- Martha Graham |

I'm not being condescending, just wicked. I've worked at MD many moons ago and it wasn't bad.
Maybe tony walked in and said he was willing and able and burst into rap!?
Well hello, MC T with some jello, swing low to the tempo as I fill a roll here we go, willing and able start the meal right with that type of bite lay my napkins on the table tonite don't spread it light my flow hits u just like my table wipe while I clock in' u just say 'flip about the strips I'm stockin' it ain't like that [somethin' to keep Ronald so get] off my back in fact u lack the knack step back before I show u a big mac, baby

The last time I saw Tony M was at the 7/7/7 concert, and my seats were better than his! I used to feel a little bad for those Prince left behind. There are plenty, but he wasn't one of them. He was so arrogant like he thought he was the one selling Prince's records. I remember a MTV interview when they were on the D&P tour and the interviewer asked Tony what it was like to work with Prince. His answer..."You should ask him what it's like to work with us." I would be very happy to extract Tony M. from all of Prince's recordings, particularly Push It Up. |

That is the most epically funny thing I have read in a long time. Bravo. Damon Dickson: Is it hair, a hat, or a dead cat? |

It would be great if that entire era were remastered minus the Game Boyz. |

There a business opportunity there for a programme that edits the Game Boyz out of Princes music. In fact I think I will develop it and take it on to the next series of Dragons Den. I heard that Money Dont Matter Tonight is Theo Paphitis' favourite tune. |

agree don't understand why they get so much hate on this site. They brought a fun side out of Prince which opened him up & some good dancing more than he ever did with any band he ever had. The rapping even MJ added rapping 2 his music at one point. There was some homoerotic themes 2 some of the routines but it was all in fun in a Princey way..... will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. |

I may be the only person on the org that doesn't hate him and feel the need to put him down. Maybe it's because of the few times I met him at Glam Slam and P Park, he didn't come off as horrible as everyone makes him out to be. |
