Yeah, i don't know which book is referred to with that quote, but it's not in this autobiography below
[img:$uid]http://yanko.lib.ru/books/bio/miles.files/image001.jpg[/img:$uid]
Miles describes Prince (especially on the pages 384-386) but not any traceable quote with the exact
words that he and his father are crazy, hence Prince's father isn't mentioned at all in that Miles bio.
Now Shango however, that mutha f*cker is CRAZY! |

You ARE making shit up by implying he only donated because it ws tax time and then going on about Sheila's charity when all you had to do was Google it.
How do you know that he didn't donate as a tax write off? You don't! And I don't either but it is a possibility. It is a possibility that the man is stingy- why else won't he pay people he owes? The hard working people working for him, he should pay and it makes no sense that over and over folk keep having to sue him to get their money!
And if you feel like looking something up, go on Youtube and find shelia E's interview on Larry king from2006 talking about her charity- you will see- whether he donated or didn't, she sure as hell didn't mention him! You look it up if you're so concerned.... I don't feel like it!

But Miles Davis said in his autobiography that Prince was crazy. He also said Prince's father was crazy.
Yeah, go with the crazy 'Dr. Davis' and his diagnoses.

Why does it seem to me that everyone has missed the obvious? You can talk about Charlie Sheen being bi-polar or whatever else. Charlie's mind is gone from YEARS of substance abuse! It's no secret. He's been in rehab more often than Lindsey Lohan.
Mani was simply being a low rent turd by floating that out there and yes it was deliberate. If she's gotten on with her life with Eric, she shouldn't feel the need to continue to be associated with Prince in any way. Here is a woman who is only relevant because she's been able to lure people who worked for their success between her tarantulus legs. She needs to finish collecting her little golddigger monthlies while she can and shut up.

Well...considering in that same autobiography, I think it was, Miles Davis also said that:
Prince was the only musician in the world capable of moving music forward.
and we've seen how that's turning out.
Maybe we should just let Mr. Davis and his opinions of Prince, keep resting in peace.
I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart. |

well I did like a quote I heard Mr. Davis say in an interview about Prince. It was something along the lines "that Prince IS music." When a average man get that loving feeling he just thinks 'hmm, maybe it is time for a little bit' but when Prince wants gets in the mood for his woman he hears it in drum beats and music and shit"
I'm sure I got the quote all jacked up but y'all get the drift. We see 3 dimension people, colors, objects... Prince "sees" things in music, music notes, rhythms, timber...etc.

what the hell is the big deal here? the term crazy is usually a term used very, very loosely, I did see the quote of Miles', never took it anywhere out of the context of being funny, kooky, talented, unique or however other many adjectives people ascribe the term "crazy" to. It's just a term "are you crazy!!!" which people ask when they think a persons behavior is outrageous, it doesn't really mean "are you crazy?" though, Anyway, I think anyone so fixed on P being sick, gay or whatever is a person who probably has those issues and worries about themselves. My own beliefs are that everyone is crazy, it just takes longer to realize it with some than with others. |

He still has an account here, but he hasn't made a comment on a thread for over a week. Slowly but surely Prince.org is loosing the truly funny and interesting people. Squirrelgrease knew how to argue without getting too personal. He was funny and often very right. He never seemed to be out to hurt or degrade people, even when he made it clear he thought their thread or their post was not so bright.
