I guess she just wanted a little more attention.
Sleeping your way to the middle can't be all that rewarding.
I'm sure Eric isn't giving her enough attention. He's busy sleeping with strange women and jerking off to internet porn, you know.
I'm stealing that. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. |

Your joking or being sarcastic?
Prince does (or has) and he has done drugs (we la: LoveExtasy ((Lovesexy)).
I use to have a wine bottle he drank from at the Fine Line in Minneapolis. Didn't keep it because people never believed me. LOL!

I CAN"T STOP LOOKING AT THIS. [Edited 3/2/11 13:34pm] Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews. |

Whatever do you mean? Prince doesn't drink or do any drugs. He never has.
Mani is a jealous, haggard, bitch! And she's not black enough! Or, rather too black!
Your joking or being sarcastic?
I actually had the same question for a minute. Which officially means I've been spending too long at this site again and have become desensitised to these sort of comments to such an extent that I had to read it a couple of times (and recheck who posted it) before it even occured to me that it might be sarcastic...scary.

In all fairness, would this even matter if it wasn't Prince mentioned. I didn't think so. This is sounding too much like the Jill FB post. Unless any of us have been in his inner-circle, none of us can say with confidence who Prince is and what Prince has done. We only know Prince the Entertainer, not Prince the Man. I understand that we are free to comment about whatever, but let's keep all things equal. Jill got verbally jumped on for a comment that was assumed to be about Prince. Yes, Mani did mention Prince by name, but damn she's his ex-wife. She was witness to things that no one other than them and God know. |

Last night Manuela (Prince's ex-wife and soon-to-be new wife of Eric Benet) posted the following on her FB page: "Hoping never to see prince on 20/20 doing a charlie sheen-esque rant. so sad". Ok, what are your thoughts on her post? What would make her post something like this? Do you think there's some underlying meaning behind her words, or is it some attempt at drawing attention to herself? Hmmm:-?
Attention whoring. I am not calling her an actual whore mind you. Her marriage to Prince has been over for years and she's in a new relationship yet she still feels the need to drop an occasional reference to her ex and one in which she infers, however slightyly, that Prince is alchoholic-porn peddling-irresponsible father who just got fired from a high paying job. I am not calling her an actual whore. Bitch? Hell yes and a monumental one at that.
If this thread gets locked, the other one was rockin' pretty good earlier. |

The point isn't whether she knows what she's talking about. The point is that going on Facebook to slam your ex (especially when that ex is someone famous - from whom she received millions of dollars in a divorce) is tacky behavior. Period. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. |

I personally like Charlie Sheen's rants for the most part. I totally agree with him on AA and he has been wonderful to give verbal support to our 911-Truth struggles.
Prince is by FAR a better person than Mani, IMHO. I cannot imagine Prince going public with such a statement about her.
She sounds totally confident in her new marriage venture to Eric Benet. Perhaps she shouldn't..... |

@Genesia- Be upset because someone made a tasteless comment about someone else. That's fine, but feel that way EVERYTIME someone makes a tasteless comment about someone regardless of celebrity status. The fact that he's famous and she is receiving alimony from him shouldn't have anything to do with it. I think because it's Prince's ex and we're on this website, some may feel the need to be ULTRA sensitive about any remark made about him. Again, we don't know about ANYTHING about Prince the Man. It's in poor taste to talk derogatory about ANYONE, but we all do it.
@Serena- All of the above plus this. What makes Prince so special that he is above anyone saying any thing other than praise about him? Some of his former girlfriends, wives, and business associates get slammed on here and no one seems to have a problem with that. There are whole threads dedicated to how much certain people that were in his world are disliked. Hell, even when the thread isn't about them, their names still manage to pop up and people run with it. It's gets to the point of all out hate-fest when their names are mentioned. All I'm saying is that NO ONE is perfect; therefore, no one is above the occasional negative remake. |

That is exactly what I said! That is why I put "famous" and the divorce settlement in parentheses - because they are lesser, secondary issue. (Just in case you didn't know that's what parentheses are for.)
I would say the same thing about anyone who put someone they've been divorced from for over five years on blast on Facebook. Hell, I'm currently not on speaking terms with my own sister for something similar. Those kinds of shenanigans are beyond lame.

Locking duplicate thread. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |
