Shockadelica aka L.M.L.Y.P. Have any of you ever heard Ween's cover of Shockadelica? It starts out as a cover of Shockadelica, segues into Cat's Alphabet St. rap, then goes into this part where they're singing "let my lick your pussy..." Ween is one of my favorite bands, up there with Prince and Pink Floyd. So do any of you like Ween? Many of their songs have a Prince-like feel to them, and they have stated many times that Prince is a major influence. There's a rift out in space, and it could be the door, but you know I'm not sure. | |

Somebody will surely point out that it's been discussed before,
but, as a Ween fan, it still makes me smile when someone brings it up 
Somebody actually brought it up a week or two ago mentioning that the new live Ween cd has a THIRTY minute version on it, with video! So, naturally, I went to ween.com and immediately ordered the cd. Thanx to whoever posted that!!! "Whatever skin we're in

*I'm not a huge Ween fan, but I have Chocolate and Cheese, which I do like alot. Anywhoo..I downloaded Ween's Shockadelica about 3 months ago, and I can't get sick of it. I love Cat's rap part and how they put it in there. Great cover.* -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_

Lots of their songs sound like Prince to me. "Molly", "Nicole", "Freedom of '76". They also throw in a good chunk of "Kiss" into the middle of "Voodoo Lady" live. A lot of songs on The Pod sound like Prince B-sides. There's a rift out in space, and it could be the door, but you know I'm not sure. | |
