…right so (i’m already laughing at myself)..

i was watching UTCM awhile ago and I noticed the sign on the wall (well half of it) [at 1:06:36 in] and I had never noticed it before in some 2 million times watching the movie.

..so we “all” know that prince took over directing UTCM midway through the film (therefore, most of these shots were planned and overseen by P himself) so it’s a good chance prince arranged for this to happen…which would mean, of course, that he’s an obsessive creative entity who was so deep into his own myth-making that his own work often overlaps and comments on itself several times over…

which is very possible (and more than likely the case. lol)

..but(lol)…. I like to believe that he had no control over this and the symbol (which refers to his creative, non-temporal self) evolved on it own throughout the years…slowly leaking from his conscience and manifesting itself in several ways through all his visual work (album covers, movies, tour sets)

…why? because it’s fun.

maybe its both tho… (or maybe im looking to deep. which i expect all non-fans and at least 50% of fans to say lol) #fukit

lol…maybe one day i’ll do a blog on and Prince being two completely independent entities lol (but that’ll be a looooong blog, and i’m afraid a few of you would commit me shortly after..)

anyway..i really just posted this to see if any fans ever saw this before…

I've noticed when Prince's eyes are bloodshot the veins in his right eyeball form the symbol, so he's capable of anything.

but it's really not that far fetched for a directorial prince to build something to project his symbol on the wall right?

a man with as many strategic ass shots as him has to have a trick like this up his sleeve...

Only Prince could make a movie so bad that people start paying more attention to the shadows than the characters.

Given that the original symbol appeared on the motorbike in "Purple Rain", we do know that Prince was toying around with the symbol prior to this. So it's possible I guess.

But in this instance, I think it's just a shadow.
