The Success of Prince Impersonators

Hello Orgers, I was in Atlantic City, NJ last Summer and I attended a show called The Legends In Concert. This show consist of a bunch of music celebrity impersonators. None of them fit the bill and were just far from the real deal. Has Prince impersonators been successful anywhere?

That's Sheila E. during a charity concert involving old members and affiliates of Prince (he did not attend). It was meant to be tongue in cheek and funny.

I hope everyone pays more attention to Sags posts--sweething mushy

I reaaally don't like Prince impersonators. They scare me and are trying WAAAY too hard. Just because you think you've won a few staring contests with your crazy guy friends doesn't give you the right to think you're sexy enough to put on a purple trench coat and ruffles prancing around with a cane talkin' about hey baby...my name is Prince. You are NOT sexy, You are NOT wearing those ruffles right....YOU ARE NOT PRINCE.

I'm prob taking this too seriously but you don't know how irritated I get seeing these people. It's like what the.....eyepop I actually think I feel embaressed for them.

.......Oh-oh-oh, by the way...He plays guitar.

what exactly qualifies as criteria for "success" in this instance?

"does my cock look fat in these jeans?"

thats what i was wondering...?

i dont know why people impersonate celebrities anyway. you cant really get anywhere copying people. and even if you did, youd be known as the person who isnt creative enough to have your own style and personality.

alsooo, these guys really do look awful. except the second pic with a sepia tint. although, unless the pics flipped, lol his beauty mark is on the wrong cheek.
