When he says, "I'm gonna blow this horn until you're on your knees," he means that he's going to show you how awesome he is, in a bragging manner. I think the imagery here is a correlation between the arrogancy and the volume of the metaphorical horn. He's saying that he's going to show you how great he is until you 'acknowledge' him. It's like he's saying that he's going to blow his horn so loud that you're on your knees because it's so overwhelming. He'll be boasting so much that his greatness will be overwhelming that you'll have no choice but to 'acknowledge' him. But I think also if you listen to the rest of the lyrics, it's not really bragging, it's more of wanting to be 'acknowledged'. For example, lyrics such as "I'm waiting for the phone call, but it just don't ring," suggests that he's being ignored.
