Actually, that shirt fit me just fine. I was shocked because I'm a big gal. Anyway, lesson learned. I spent 25 dollars on the NPG club thinking it would always be there. A year and some change later, it was gone. I felt dumb for missing out on so much. So when that Lotusflow3r thing came up, I gladly dropped 77 smackers. I got SOME things out of it for the moment. A lot of those things I already had. It was personally neat for me just to get the shirt. I won't lie, I feel slightly screwed about that. The site could have stayed put. But like 3121 and that other site, uh....it went bye bye.

Ya live and ya learn. The man moves from project to project--fast. Although as a Sim, he really does like his coffee and pizza.

the most funny thing about this post is that you feel you didnt have an option in your decisions, like Prince made you do these things. You werent forced to pay or watch anything, that was your choice so umm be mad at ya self

I don't know anything about Crystal Ball. But if people paid for a product and then never received it, I can understand being upset. That's a legitimate one to me.

People usually have to pay admission to see a movie anyway, no matter who made it. I'm sure you've gone to see other movies that you didn't like before. Do you feel they all owe you something and hate them for it? No one put a gun to your head and made you go see it anyway.

I understand people being upset about the Lotusflower site thing too. If I forked over 77 bucks and didn't get even half of what I was promised with that subscription, I'd be pissed too.

I think the Superbowl concert was suspposed to have happened before the game did. So no it's not that Prince got pissy that the Vikings lost, and said "Fuck it", and cancelled the concert. Actually, wasn't it the promoters who fucked that whole thing up anyway, not Prince?

Vanity left on her own only weeks before the Purple Rain film was about to be filmed, so Prince had to replace her. Vanity was upset about Prince being with Jill Jones. Tour manager Alan Leeds said "He juggled the affairs on a day-to-day basis - some nights Vanity would disappear with Prince, then some nights Jill would end up on the Prince bus, leaving Vanity in the hotel stewing. He seemed unfazed by the resultant drama, but it clearly affected everyone else." You can't expect artists to be goody-goodies all the time.

Prince tried to keep the Time going with new members. Prince fired Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis for missing a gig on the 1999 tour because they were secretly producing songs for Klymaxx and the S.O.S. Band. Prince himself had to play bass for Terry at the gig. Prince replaced them with Gerry Hubbard and Mark Cardenas. Monte Moir left because of Jimmy and Terry's firing, Prince replaced him with Paul Peterson. Morris Day and Jesse Johnson were angry about Prince's control and firing of Jimmy and Terry but decided to stay and make the Purple Rain film and the Ice Cream Castles album and then leave and go solo. That's what they did. Prince was hard on the Time members because Prince was such a perfectionist. The boys had a hard time trying to please him with their sound during rehearsals. He'd convert everything to his taste. Prince was very unhappy about the Time ending. In 1986 Prince, during his radio interview with Mojo, said "I still love all those guys. I hope they get back together."

Crystal Ball was $50, not $100. My girlfriend at the time payed for the pre-order of Crystal Ball for me. I recieved Crystal Ball in the mail in February 1998 along with The Truth CD and the Kamasutra CD and a Jam of the Year Tour t-shirt. I didn't feel I got screwed over.

Griffiti Bridge was only in theaters for about a week. I didn't even see it in the theater.

$77.00 for two tight spandex shirts? If you payed for that, it's you're own dumb fault.

The organizer screwed that superbowl gig up. Organizer, River Alexander Group, lost their investors and were unable to adequately fund and produce the event.
